Manaar Azreik - Founder
Manaar Azreik is a singer, sound healer, and creator of soulful music, weaving Arabic, Hebrew, Aramaic, Sanskrit, and English into a living tapestry of sound. Through rhythm, melody, and vocal expression, Manaar guides people to awaken their inner healer, open their heart, and reconnect with the natural harmony of the spirit.
A non-binary Palestinian-American of Arab-Christian heritage, Manaar was born in Southern Israel and raised at the crossroads of cultures, faiths, and languages. She trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in Sound, Voice, and Music Healing and published her first book, The Practice of Trust, in 2024.
As a Waldorf teacher, peace dialogue facilitator, sound healer, and seven-time national Judo champion, Manaar created the Voice Your Spirit Experience, a transformative process integrating breath, inner vibrational movement, and sound to release old patterns, nurture self-empowerment, and restore wholeness.
Now on her first world tour, Manaar helps others awaken to their true authenticity, guiding them to access and express their own voice through mindful presence, somatic practices, and chanting prayers. Each session is designed to regulate the nervous system, encourage self-expression, and transform old patterns into conscious, healthy connections.
Through Manaar’s work, participants are invited to slow down, reclaim their voice, and live in alignment with their soul’s song. Because when one voice opens, the whole world begins to sing.
